@Ober_Commandant I really hope this wont be the case, despite the launch and all the other issues its been having I am willing to be patient and let them fix it, but this restricted progression is what has peed me off the most (more so because it was advertised as universal progression). If this does happen they will lose a lot more players than what they already have and Portal will become obsolete, because not many will play it (hardly anyone plays it now due to restrictions).

Solo/coop didnt even need to be restricted, and they should be communicating about how and when they will fix Portal progression. The longer they leave it the more people will just give up and move on. Its just getting beyond the joke now.

@Spidder81Exactly, I have moved on from the game myself.
I’ll keep checking the forums here and any future update patch notes to see if they ever address this or do anything about it. Until then I see little reason to reinstall.

Sorry for the double post but I can't quote two things at once on mobile - I have it installed cause its slow to do, but I haven't played it at all since I realised they didn't sincerely care about fixing the game.
Which also means that while I had planned to split my time 50/50 between MP and SP, I am now splitting my time 0/0 and trying out some other games like Enlisted (and even considering some Farming Simulator action, which still has more progression (and therefore bragging rights? 😉) than this game's solo offering).
