Wrote a ticket, which was closed immediately and marked as 'unresolvable'. Bumped it three times, but was silenced with an 'unresolvable' flag each time. What ist this EA? You're just taking our money and run with it, right!? You can't sell a product on promises and change them that drastically afterwards. This is fraud-level stuff.
Just look at the mess of this forum, their social media, reddit, youtube etc. Hell i've even heard some VERY VERY prominent BF2042 youtubers say live yesterday that even they feel like Dice are done with it, and trying to deliver a minimum viable product to meet their obligations to premium purchasers.
The fact that a very prominent youtuber stated that does not inspire confidence.
I've tried reporting it as a bug, it just got merged here, i've posted about it on reddit, And i have sent some emails out to a few firms in my location.
i do not care if it takes me forever, i will be getting my refund for this game.
i'm just starting to talk about it in other threads now, if i can make it fit into the topic somehow i shall bring it up. i'm going to keep pushing.
i wish i was kidding when i say the ONLY reason i purchased this game is because i could play army man against bots. I did a google search looking for games that offered a "battlefield like" experience but singleplayer and found this, with the advertisements stating full solo progression and your battlefield, your rules play and progress how you like.
So yeah, actually you might be right, it smells and feels like fraud level stuff.

See my post here regarding this ideology of PvE vs PvP.
IMO, we can't force THEM anymore than they can force US. Perhaps we should look upon this opportunity as an olive branch that needs tending, and be careful not to sh*t on it :-)
Let's not forget, afterall, that it's been about 15 years or so since we had bots in a BF game... and now we do :-)
Let's not forget that we also get to play the "unlock game" without needing to do it within a PvP environment :-)
So you see, we are getting there and have to give them credit for at least giving us this, so far.
So let us be vocal, but respectful, in how we feel they could improve the unlocks for us going forward.
- 3 years ago@BigShottt It seems you didn't understand the point where this part of the community is unhappy, I myself am not the big part that likes PVP, I'm not skilled enough to unlock some things, I don't have time to constantly play to improve my skill because this is not the idea I have of the game, I study, work, I have children to take care of and this part where I have fun with the game is the part where I play against bots, in which I can unlock and earn some badges, skins and others things, that's why I bought the game, and it wasn't half that I bought it whole now because only half of the people who bought the game can enjoy it and the other metate being forced to decrease the rewards gain just because you don't like PVP?

I believe I've understood this thread just fine. I am an early contributor to it.
Perhaps you are confused about something, I can't really tell because I don't understand what you're trying to say to me.

I think the worst part in all of this, I used EA Access to play the game early to decide if I wanted to buy it. I bought it because I was so excited that PvE had full progression and convinced a couple other friends to buy it as well because of that. Then once I put enough time into the game that I could no longer get a refund, they pulled the full experience and here I am with a game I paid for premium for that I don't even have installed anymore. I feel like they flat out stole money from me and then disappeared with the lack of confirmation either way in all of this. They just refuse to flat out tell us "PvE will never have full progression again." Instead we have posts from when it was initially turned off saying it is a "temporary measure."
