Progression not working properly for weapons and vehicles (Solo/Coop AI)

@united_we_ride Ah ok, sounds interesting. I looked into something like this a couple years ago but found nothing so maybe this is rather new then. What is performance like as far as fps goes because it sound like we'd be running a dedi server app on the same machine that we're running the BF3 game?
