@CiroEmanuele have you looked at the portal builder again?
The system can change its mind about if something is restricted or not.
Try to do a new experience without touching anything other than adding PvP bots

In portal my personal experience are all ok. 

Player and Mastery XP are moderate (yellow) and ribbons and weekly's are blu/green. 

The point is that, with or without a password, sometimes I get ribbons and sometimes i don't. Till yesterday everything was ok. 

My hope is that's a problem related to their servers and they will fix that soon.
