This is not even some DICE exclusive thing. Even the Zelda devs rushed to stealth fix a useful duplication glitch in a single player adventure...

@UP_Hawxxeye I still vividly recall the same day fix when that Zombie Portal Experience was giving "Full XP" as it was back then.
