@Mutsuki-chan agree, this is never brought up by EA, favoring one or the other is just not understanding it well enough, but I also think we need good maps to balance things out, also the 50mm gun on the heli was nerfed into the ground, so I don't even use it anymore, the fact a railgun you can use does more damage than a 50mm gun makes me laugh.
The POV for gunners needs to be better, sometimes gets blocked too by the vehicle itself or the view is so off and strange when moving around, The Lis changes to me seem to be EA trying to favor one or the other, buffed her so strong everyone just spammed her, now the nerfs and everyone changes playstyles.
