Proposal for a system to evaluate squad members

Kind of reminds me of the system Xbox used to use back in the day, or GTA Online's commendation system (the GTAO one is easy to manipulate but doesn't do much other than give you a tiny discount in in-game stores). It'd be nice to see more social features in 2042, like this one, as it'd help me identify who I've worked well in a squad with in the past without filling up my friend list adding people.
