Proposal for a system to evaluate squad members

It sometimes gives me the option to see maybe a few players, once again I point to the horrible matchmaking and whatnot. Most of the time it only shows random players, this game and developers do not have the technical capabilities or resources for this and that’s pretty much straight up true. Would be cool though
