PS5 Graphics Options

Hey I've been toxic lately and I apologize

Anyway I think it's a good idea to have multiple choices of Graphics on PS5

For example playing on 1080p instead of 4k and have everything maxed out, or playing on 4k with 120fps while limiting some stuff etc. Just more options?
