@DaddyWarBukx this is pretty much what I have experienced as well. Sometimes I get it to pop in before the next mastery level, but the concept is the same. If you don't do it like this, you will need to do one Mastery Level in MP to get the unlocks earned in solo to pop in.
@Adamonic The popping in of the attachments at random seems to be because of the shoddy code they wrote to limit mastery and reverting it back at the beginning of the games life cycle. If Dice truly wanted to fix the problem all it takes is reverting solo back to Full XP and maybe tweaking how you earn BP points rather than just being earn XP. I'm like 100% sure it's less about earning Tier 1 on items and more about how they are lazy and just want to make the BP generic XP gain rather than anything else.
