In some situations it seems for sure way more easy in games as it would actually be in real life. But i think some things in Video Games just have to find a nice balance between like "being fun playing" and "being 100% realistic".
And at the end it's all about having fun in games, isn't it?
Otherwise at some point people would start complaining about things that it's like impossible to kill someone in certain situations or whatever, imo.
