Questionable players

When the game was first released, all the questionable players (Doing things you should not be able to do in game. You know the ones.) were showing up as PC users. Now just recently, the majority of these players have moved to PlayStation. Anyone else notice?

@SeriousJuJu playstation players are always laggy as *, you get dragged back into bullets 2-3 seconds after you've gone round a corner and it feels like every one of their bullets is instantaneous.
