@Ironhead841Unfortunately at this point I think I can say with confidence that this is deliberate. There are some bugs that I guess are hard to find and fix (mouse input is an engine thing and that might be really difficult to debug and fix. I understand that it takes a bit longer, so it would be OK for this to take say 2 updates to get fixed (2 updates since it became knows -- so 2 major updates since RELEASE).
But there are bugs that are in the game forever, EASY to reproduce like the ADS bug when exiting a vehicle on any of the Portal maps with the SCAR equipped. That happens to me almost 100% of the time on those maps. I can GUARANTEE from many years of experience as a developer myself that it will not take more than one day to find what is causing it (at least if the developer is at least half competent and is able to either run the game in a debugger or augment it with logging at the required places).
To me, this leaves two explanations:
1) they leave those bugs in with the intention of making the game less fun and stop us playing, saving server resources and money and having less people complain if they cut support by the end of S4 or
2) there are so few developers left that they have to work full time to bring the content that was intended for S1 and now gets stretched over S1-S4 in a state that it can released.
At least I cannot come up with another explanation that makes sense.
