Rao and FXM should be very weak (and nerf helos)

Rao and FXM are making the game boring.

Currently, helos are too strong when nobody is using FXM. We should not be required to use FXM because most players don't find it fun.

Nerf Rao, FXM and helos.

When I'm playing helos, I want to be attacked instead of being hacked and forced to fly away again and again.

If you nerf Rao and FXM, how about decreasing the range of helos to make them vulnerable to attacks?

As long as Rao and FXM can significantly decrease the influence of helos, most players don't practice AA (*AA weapons that depend on skills) and will continue to complain that using Rao and FXM is boring. This is bad for both AA players and helo pilots.

I'm not saying Rao and FXM can destroy helos. They decrease the influence of helos by forcing helos to retreat.

Edit 2:

Helos can do almost nothing when there are enough Rao and FXM players on enemy. Forcing enemy to use Rao and FXM is a contribution to my team, but it's not fun. When enemy attacks me instead of hack and lock on, I can attack enemy while trying not to be killed.

Edit 4:

If more players use NTW or Recoilless against helos, helo pilots need to perform complex maneuvers, which make aiming difficult. Although Recoilless is difficult and too slow to hit helos consistently, it's better than FXM when you fight against decent or good pilots. (Infantry should not be able to kill good pilots easily.)

It's frustrating that my teammates don't deal any damage to an enemy helo when I dealt more than 50 damage to it with NTW or LATV4 50mm or something.

Edit 5:

NTW Anti Materiel High Power ammo deals 34 damage to Nightbird and stealth helos and 24 damage to Apache/Hokum. The bullet speed is about 4 times faster than Recoilless.
