Rao and FXM should be very weak (and nerf helos)

Helos can do almost nothing when there are enough Rao and FXM players on enemy, and they can't destroy a helo unless the pilot chooses to die. There's no chance failing to deploy flares. Of course, forcing enemy to play AA is a contribution to the team, but it's obviously not fun. When enemy attacks me instead of hack and lock on, I can attack enemy while trying not to be killed.

You have a very selfish way of approaching this.  You expect infantry to just be cannon fodder with no way of fighting back while you cruise in easy mode, especially if you are using a stealth

You cant reasonably expect to nerf Rao and stingers and expect it to be a fair fight
