i like Rao, i like the FXM. just tell the truth, you don't like them because it makes life more difficult for you as a helo pilot. nothing wrong with looking out for your own best interests, just be honest about it and don't try to dress it up as something it isn't

If you nerf Rao and FXM, how about decreasing the range of helos to make them vulnerable to attacks?

No, if anything the range should be increased to 300m. Stealth helos need to have to choose between flares and stealth. Helos are already powerful enough and stealth helos are stupidly op.
Nerfing rao is a buff to stealth helos.
