Rao hack doesn't work and doesn't give credit nor XP

@EA_Atic After destruction of hacked vehicle there is spot assist xp event which didn't happen (thou I think Rao should have his own XP event).
Also after 9th second (hack event) you can see how the gun still keep firing (exactly 10th second). On top of that on kill cam I was killed by 60mm flak pod and not grenade pod.
As long as I agree that Rao is amazing there is clearly something doesn't working as intended.

@LlamaWithKatana Yep the hack is very inconsistent, that’s the reason why I stopped using him.
Half of the specialists abilities are absolute garbage now anyway and do very little especially boris’s turret lol it’s not even worth deploying
