This one really bothers me and I'm out. So numbers can't be good.

It's not that 90% are gone - the video takes the maximum variance in the sample: 100,000 concurrent players at peak, just under 10,000 players at minimum, and then states that the 90,000 players aren't coming back. It's such an elementry error that I have trouble believing it's genuine.

It's like me saying that I am 50cm tall because that's the lowest value in all the samples of my height.

9am on the 29th Dec is a normal working day for a lot of people and for those that are off, how many are awake at that time nevermind playing video games, no wonder there were less than 10,000 players!
Terrible video full of generalisation and flawed assumptions.
