Put simply, the server allocation is maxed so you can't host another server.

there is like 20 available portal servers in total and the allocation is already maxed? lol portal already smells like a big disappointment
Two of my friends have had no issues hosting what so ever, but EVERY time I get the "global quota" error. I can try hosting, and if a friend hosts using the same code 2 seconds after I get the error it works. I'm thinking there might be a fault in a local file that causes that error to appear even though there are available servers.
Have been looking for a solution but can barely find anything except "servers are full, just wait".
Will try reinstalling to se if that fixes it.
