BF2042 UX designer calls Elden Ring's UX poop

This guy criticizing another game in any capacity is pretty astounding.
I mean...if he worked on the UX for 2042 then he knows a lot about bad UX, so maybe we should listen to him. He seems to know a thing or two about designing bad UX.
Battlefield 2042 on console has by far the worst UI I've seen in a Battlefield game, and the worst menu system I've seen in any game ever - main game menus, in-round specialist / weapons / gadget select menu, and map overview for selecting spawns are all absolute rubbish.
I'm 4 and a half months into this game and still make mistakes all the time pressing the button to change specialist rather than flicking through weapons / gadgets.
However the worst thing is that you can't select certain capture points on console to spawn at.
Its absolutely ridiculous, but on console if there is a particular combination of flags captured it can be impossible to select that flag to spawn at (even if though your team has it).
Best example is B on Kaleidoscope for the Russian team, if the Russian team doesn't have A or D its impossible to scroll over and select this flag.
About 10 to 20% of all flags cannot be selected (possibly even more), I've tested this out on several maps going onto each flag in the spawn menu and pressing the joystick in the 8 main directions (up, down, left, right, diagonals). There is a crazy number of flag combinations on the various levels that simply do not allow the player to scroll across to another flag in the spawn menu.
This is why I would say BF 2042 has the worst menu system in any game ever; because the current menu system actually prevents me from being able to select the place I want to go 30% of the time - something that has never been an issue in any Battlefield, or multiplayer game I can think of, ever.
I imagine the guy criticizing Elden Ring is probably thinking along the lines of "Ha what a noob using a font that looks like 'Times New Roman', I made my own font for BF2042 and I even made it turquoise, I'm the best UI designer ever".
