@Prep768 as you say this hasn't been explained too much and I'm not about to change that.

I am wondering if current and last gen versions will be compatible, I don't think the latest FIFA was, and they are different games despite the fact they share a name.

    @A_al_K_pacino_A I mean I can play other EA titles such as BFV, BF1, BF4, Titanfall2, SWBF1&2 with PS4 - Hopefully with 2042 too

    @Prep768 With any luck you'll be able to play with the people you want to play with.

    As stated I have no idea but I wouldn't be surprised if you need to have both versions installed, you would own both with the gold version, and you need to play the PS4 version to play with PS4 friends. Just guessing but it does kinda make sense.
