Re: DICE's silence

@Chief2GFD Not completely true. There are passive ways to incite such behavior, such as instigation and stirring the pot. It can be done passively or actively. Their choice to not communicate while knowing their customers are unhappy and continuing radio silence is most definitely a passive format of this. They are to blame for the toxicity as much as anyone else here.

@Kyosji And YOU continue to post/comment in these forums continuing it. Why not just walk away and move on to a game that you find joy in?

i have almost 300 hours in the game so obviously i like it but even i'm starting to get a little bored.  i'll give them till the first week of march to show us SOMETHING even if it's not released yet.  past that i'll probably go back to hunter call of the wild for something slower paced and more relaxing till they add content.  *edit*  almost 350 hours....i can't math....

@Chief2GFD Because I paid for this game and want what was originally advertised? Since I can't get a refund, this is my only option in the matter.

I could also say the same to you in that regard, why do you want to instigate and stir the pot? Why reply to these posts? Why not just 'walk away'?

@Psubond To be honest, we've been playing Battlefield in its various guises for ages and apart from a break for a bit of Division 2 during BFV, we are getting a bit burnt out on Battlefield.

Problem is, there's nowt out there that is taking our fancy so BF2042 it is...... for now.

@Trokey66 And some of the problems in the games are the same version after version (bad audio, balance issues etc etc).

But as you say, nothing else seems interesting at the moment.

sometimes i like slowing down the pace so i play a little hot wheels unleashed or hunter call of the wild (hunter call of the wild was my replacement for BFV when sunderland said "don't like it don't buy it"...so i didn't)

@cso7777 This isn't in and of itself a BF 2042 bash post but the novelty can only last so long and at the end of the day, for me at least, it is still a Battlefield game.

@Trokey66 I get that very well, my point was just that all BF-games has some issues and it's a matter of whether the game is more fun than frustrating.

And some of the frustrations are the same, game after game, which just adds to the 'burnt out' feeling one can get.
