The framegen part would be pointless and would only introduce input-lag, which is not what you want in a FPS like BF.
The other parts of 3.5 would of course be nice.

Quality of shadows and details whould change dramatically, no more * shimmering of shadows + more datails / more fps! I see difference in Cyberpunk between 3.0 and 3.5 and it's huge.

the framegen part is only for gen 40 cards.
Gen 30 cards like mine would only get the other 2 parts.
Though I am not sure if I would be able to tell the difference due to my policy of minimal settings on BF games
