Recon could be expanded to have a DMR perk (maybe more accurate or less recoil).
Support could end up getting a shotgun perk like faster reload.

    I thought shotgun perk is on engineer class. Aren't they getting utility weapon proficiency? That includes shotguns

    It is a bit odd that DMRs aren't mentioned, but I suppose that might just be because the other weapon specialities are deemed enough.

    As already mentioned though, Utility weapons cover the shotguns.
