Re: False positive bans

Well, I got my second response from them, a much faster response than the first, which should tell you all you need to know.
Here is their response:

"We have received your most recent correspondence expressing concerns about the action that was taken on your account.

After thoroughly investigating your account and concern, we again found that we actioned your account correctly after it was found to have violated our User Agreement. We will also be unable to provide any details regarding our internal procedures.


After completing two full investigations into your complaint, we consider this matter closed."

I am now 100% certain that they haven't even attempted to look into the matter properly.
They are just sweeping the issue under the rug and hoping that it just goes away.

They refuse to provide the actual reason for the ban, so I can't even provide accurate, detailed, and more specific information for them to locate the fault in the systems that has caused this to occur. I have no way to provide any information that would dispute their claim that my account violated the terms, as they won't even inform me what the violation was.
All I did was play the game they provided, and apparently just playing the game is enough to warrant a ban.
They have flat out STOLEN my friends money.

They have taken peoples money and are now just ignoring the fact that many of those people have lost access to their accounts due to False Positive bans.
