@SNIPER_KILLER_UK turn on all of the graphs and bars so you can see what is going Options > General > Network.

Then post screenshots and videos with those on.

It seems that hit markers are bugged since their spotting update.

Getting killed behind cover is lag compensation, which is not optimized as @CyberDyme said.
