@MauLukkoThat is an option for hosted games, that have the modifiers
UNRESTRICTED 2042 GADGET SELECTION and
UNRESTRICTED 2042 THROWABLE SELECTION enabled.
But that doesn't revert the changes that the Prox Sensor is now a gadget, and no longer a throwable.

And also the access to the class gadgets is now limited to the specialists in said classes.
And you also loose the access to the old loadout system.
If you prefer to play Breakthrough with the old specialists system, you are out of luck.

I understand that the class pattern is a classic from the battlefield series.

The free choice of how my soldier would go to the confrontation was much more interesting, fun and free,

I'm really going to miss that freedom of choice.

But to be fair and blunt, if there's one thing the military doesn't have, it's freedom of choice.

Coming back to the game, I was having a lot of fun with the previous loadout system.
