why should an automatic turret be that effective? it used to be equal in DPS to an AR and had essentially as much HP as a player. i still remember the days when Boris players would rather place the tuirret down then engage whoever is shooting at them because the turret was just that much better....
something like this shouldn't even be in the game at all... if you have a need to Tier 1 everything, then grind for it, no more handouts

if i'm running MK4 and soflam and i spot respawn beacons or turrets i immediately take them out. same with anti tank mines then i focus on vehicles.
turrets spot people and i always try to take them out quick.
i did T1 on boris on zombie night cause i knew i wouldn't want to play boris other wise. took about an hour
Badges/achievements should not be a consideration when it comes to balancing.
Adjust the T1 requirements instead.
Turret works fine as a distraction/decoy,.

This will probably have to be done in one of those XP farming portal servers against bots because Breakthough matches unfortunately do not have as many sectors or players as when BF2042 first launched, and good luck finding a hot spot with that many enemies at an objective in conquest.
It is ridiculous how fast this turret is destroyed by bullets compared to the Ranger that can sponge them for minutes.
@PsubondI have not tested this myself, but I have seen a few youtube videos that say that they do.
Edit: One guy got the seven Dozer kills in an empty portal server with bots and XP enabled.
