Re: Kill screen ruins gameplay

@creepnpeepwhy exactly? i gave OP three options to fix his precieved issue. and lets be honest here... the killcam is not what kills "stealth gameplay and run tactics" its the fact that everything and everyone is constantly spotted in the game.
Active spotting, sensor grenade, casper drone, Paik-sensor, shooting, vehicle spotters and tugs are constantly spotting you permanently on the minimap so any semblence of moving unseen is next to null and void... but the killcam... thats delusional

    It's there to discourage campers.

    For every 'stealthy' player punished by this there's been 100 more outright campers that were also punished.

    It's worth the trade off.

    Move more.  Camp less.  Won't be as much of a problem.

    @X-Sunslayer-X
    Op raised a fair point.
    And you responded like a *.
    Simple.

    Killcam was introduced because of all the cry babies that hated being killed and just HAD to know why, how and where they were killed from.
    Basically players that had no idea how to actually work out where they were killed from - or were convinced they were shot through walls etc.

    Killcam is one of many things that should never have entered a battlefield game.

    But then that’s the difference between people that like to play on core servers and people that like a more hardcore experience.

    I’m happy for people to play how they want and to be ABLE to play how they want, without dice forcing nerfs and aids on people.

    You responded like a *, that’s all I was saying.

    @creepnpeep i am pretty sure the killcam has been in the game sice BC2 at the very least if not BC1 before that....
    a fair point would be to raise concern about the constant spotting... if you move and play with more then 2 braincells the killcam will not give the person you just killed any meaningful information beyond where you were when he died and even then by the time said player is back in the action be it by respawning or reviving, you should already have relocated... unless ofc you are sitting somewhere stationary.... if that is your playstyle then yes said killcam will get you killed...
    if you want HC go play HC be my guest, but saying "X is bad because its unrealistic" is just a sad attempt at raising a fair point
