Well i certainly let them know what I think of specialists etc (in a polite manner) and its not good at all ha. The new look one didnt even matter, i wear masks/helmets on all mine where possible
and another disappointment that i didn’t got this e-mail. ^^
Seems that some are always getting it and some will never be in the pool.
Or de wee need to sign up for such a survey? ^^

- @CountSero There is an account setting to flag your account to receive these kinds of emails. It doesn't guarantee you'll get them, but just means you may.

thnx for the information but then it is my fault, i turned any spam like newsletter, updates information or event information off.

Have found out reason for survey.
EA/DICE are wanting to find the best way to extract extra cash by finding the best way to enforce extra grind on seasonpass.
They are concentrating on those who spend the most money and how to extract more for less.
Players like myself who give them nothing for a random skin no human artist had involvement with they want us leave the game for good as we are worthless to them.
- @Kona_uk On the norm I don't buy skins but I have purchased every battlefield game and DLCs for them plus about $80 on battlepacks in bf1

I got one. I was very honest with how I feel
The recieving e-mails box is already checked for many years, never had a survey.
I think with this game, they already know my answers...and trust me...those answers are not so friendly.
And i think only the kiss up answers will go thrue the filters.
The only email that I am interested in seeing (knowing ahead of time that it will never happen) is the one that says "We have credited back to your payment method the full price of the game with our sincerest apologies."
I haven't received the last 2 or 3 of these surveys which is a bummer.
Reminder to everyone to be as unbiased as possible - constructive criticism is taken way more seriously than typical venting/ranting.
