Hi, @lindamacintosh24 

Which platform did you redeem it for? When codes are entered it doesn't mean they will automatically be downloaded to your account. For example, on Xbox One and PlayStation there are options for game add ons where those may need to be opted for installation. Do you see the content waiting to be installed under your Games Library for 2042?

    It was for ps4. I checked the 'Add On' section under the game and only the add ons for 'Year 1 Pass' and 'Ultimate Upgrade'

    Have you reached out to the retailer in which you pre-ordered from to confirm whether you've received the correct code?

    Yes and i received another one

    They said it was a faulty code
