So looks like they do know how to use a computer and also reply so why the hell do we not get one!?!?!?!
Anyone would think we're not human... speaking in a different language or just straight up talking about a different game...

Think about it, this is the highest liked post on here, and the one with the most comments aswell as unsatisfied people. We've said multiple times how much we are fed-up with this BS, and that this is not what we payed for, so refunds are now in progress.
Surely one of them, or a couple, have been lurking around on the bug report forums, seeing this post and the backlash from us. After all, they've stated that this is the place to report all bugs and get help, So I'm pretty sure this has been seen already.
I really don't think they're choosing to ignore us on purpose, it's just plain wrong, and bad business practices. They have to be working on something, it seems like the most logical possibly to me, they just choose to keep silent, because they might release a fix soon?

Wouldn't it be nice to come home after a long day of work and take your stresses out on some bots on Battlefield 2042 whilst earning progression... that's the dream.

@joshthomp131191I feel your pain mate, the disappointment this past week has been horrible.
@GenoshaONE7FIVEI know right, it's like the government is running EA. It's the most bizarre thing I've ever seen with an issue in a game and I've been gaming for 23 years.
@RealNinjaPirateNo problem mate. I just played that snow map on Breakthrough. Had an Apache, picked up an AI for my gunner and was just fun flying the whole game. Then it ended and I remembered why I stopped playing lol
@TDawg262I have to agree with you mate. Don't worry, I see it from a logical viewpoint but at the same time, it's just the disappointment that causes the frustration, especially since we all paid extra to play and basically can't. A simple reply from any of them just saying something like "We're aware of the issue. Be assured that we're working hard on resolving this issue ASAP. Please be patient and sorry for any inconveniences caused". That's all it would of taken for us to be like "right that's ok, thank you for letting us know". Instead they give us a copy and paste article that's from last Friday and not at all related to our issue. But I appreciate your positivity mate and I'm glad we're all here to support one and other. Part of me thinks they know about this. Like I feel like this was inattentional, they probable wanted to do what they said in that twitter message before it all happened. But I feel like someone at DICE did goof. So they just don't wanna talk about it. There's so much people talking about this, even some Youtubers are starting to talk about it now. If it's not fixed by tomorrow or at least talked about tomorrow, then we really got F'ed. I still have hope this will be fixed tomorrow though.
- 4 years ago@Wababobo My hope is drying up faster than the canals and rivers in CA, whenever a problem is flat out ignored it's usually a bad sign. Waiting for them to release a paid DLC to unlock progression in solo mode, that wouldn't surprise me at this point.
