Unlock requirement:

12/12 rewards earned during Redux

In case the secret reward doesn't unlock:

If you just got your last ribbon to unlock the 12th out of the 12 needed rewards but the Tag doesn't pop, in case you only played other modes or even just Solo/Coop so far then try to play and finish one match of the event game mode from the main menu that came with the current week of Redux!

^^ That's what was necessary for me to trigger it.

(this is no guarantee it will be fixed that way since it can be bugged for some people in general)

How?

I received all 12 awards. But I never received the achievement.
I tried playing in event mode several times. I even tried to stay for two matches in a row. But it never came out.
Was it really so difficult to achieve normal achievement recognition after 12 successfully completed tasks? Players have problems and they are not fixed.

@sx007-ivan Same here, and playing multiple matches of Breakthrough Chaos (as well as other modes) haven't forced the unlock.

I had this with the Redux Champion tag too, but at least I was able to get that to pop eventually.

ETA: While I'm not sure if they'll be able to help with this secret tag, I'm going to see if EA Help can push it through.

"Redux Champion tag" - I had a problem with this. But the problem was solved only in the third week of the event, when I played one map in the event mode.
But in 12 tasks this did not work out.

Same here. While everything worked fine with the Champion tag, which popped up once I've received the sixth reward, the Hero tag wasn't granted with the twelfth reward and so far I wasn't able to trigger it doesn't matter what I've tried.

Today I completed all three challenges of week 5 Redux (15/15).
And only then they gave me "Redux Hero" (12/12) 
Why? 

Is there a 'Secret' award for this weeks tasks ?? : I have the Champion and Hero awards already, I thought there might be another one this week ??

Could it be that because some of the rewards were "old" rewards from the original event and therefore didnt count and didnt really receive them from the redux again because we already had them?

I did have some of the original rewards, wich I got during the events in the season 5. So some of the redux rewards were 'old' ones too. But Redux Hero and Redux Legend tags unlocked anyway. So I guess it's not related to having had the 'old' rewards allready.

Did you guys have any luck contacting EA support?

Not so far, no. My case is still ongoing. I need to update it to include the Legend reward too.

If they are still working on it, there still is hope.

Thanks -- I completed this weeks tasks and now have the third 'Secret award' 🙂

Like I said on the bug report, I only got the first of these secret titles (champion).

I hope they can find out the problem and fix it now or later.
