@k1u73 If it is a 'worthless POS' then why do there currently seem to be so many Boris users? Surely people wouldn't bother with Boris and his 'worthless POS' turret if it wasn't viable when so many other options exist?

It's more of a distraction than a threat, but running to arm an Mcom and being faced with 3-4 of the things is an interesting experience.

    @Tee_Doff2369 Boris is the only class I play!
    And for whatever reasons I went from 4 or 5 sg kills to 0 or 1 sg kills per match. I attributed that to players learning to defeat it!
    And given the devs description of the Boris class in their own words “ to defend and fortify “ and given the sg is the class feature to do just that I say it fails horribly!
    Hence POS and N.F.G
    I see it get graped every match all day long with ease…
    Easy like Sunday morning…
    In fact easier than my first wife!
    And that’s pretty f’n easy let me tell you…

    @k1u73 Haha, fair enough, just seems odd that there seem to be more Boris' (Borises? Borisi?) around at the moment. Maybe just his turn for the T1 grind, or people seeing if the grass is greener?

    Could be it’s a lazy class and why I play it and peeps get tired of all that offense but I play both offense and defense with Boris. While I feel just a slight buff on target acquisition time would do the trick for the sg. Just needs more respect not rely on to make ones kills as currently they take it out while dancing around it. I also feel that those who feel it’s over powered will eventually see/ learn how easy it’s defeated.

    Boris is a nerfed TF2 engineer, why do people have such a big problem with that.

    The Sentries can be destroyed easily, especially if one is not being a lone wolf

    @UP_Hawxxeye It’s because most people just want to run around like a headless chicken chasing a kd ratio rather than actually helping their team!

    @UP_Hawxxeye Exactly! And it needs a buff to make the class a true defensive asset which the game needs imo. This could be done by buffing when inside the objectives perimeter only and while outside it or assaulting/offense the sg remains as is.
    Faster targeting time when placed inside the objective only and easily done!
