I Took a little Break from BF2042 and when I finally got back on to play it all my Stats got reset!? So now I’m back to level 1 and have none of my badges no camos no nothin especially my bought items I spent real money on so can someone help me!? Plz and has the happened to anyone else? And btw I’m still linked to the same old EA Account so i know that’s not the issue !
Community ManagerPlease make sure that you are logging in using the correct profile. If you're on console, it's easy to switch to a different account. Log out and check your login credentials again.
I’m on Xbox and I’m logging into the right profile and my profile is linked to the EA account but all my stats for battlefield 2042 is still gone same with all bought in game content and levels
I have the same problem?? Last night was the first time playing BF2042 since playing the Battlefield 6 Beta and my rank has gone back to 1!!! Lost all my weapons. If you look at my stats all the achievements are still there and says I've been playing a total of over 8 days?? I've tried everything on my Xbox but it's still only showing rank 7 after playing last night :(
Sad part is EA won’t do anything about it at all tried everything and they don’t even give me a response when I put in a ticket all them them hours and money put into the game just gone 🤦♂️
Well I guess I probably won’t be playing BF2042 again and will start from scratch when BF6 comes out on the 10th October. Having basic weapons in BF2042 on cross-play is no fun at all :(
Well, I just searched for this and found that there are some same problems from 2022 to 2024. and all of them have one of the following cases: relink EA account and years away from 2042. I guess these have triggered a profile reset in EA servers somehow. Hope this can help u.

Well that's a possibility because I had two EA accounts my current one and an old one. But because I wanted to play the Battlefield 6 Beta my Xbox was linked to me old account (with a now deleted Gmail email). So after a very long chat session I got my Xbox linked to my new account and deleted the old account. Friday was the first night playing BF2042 since playing the Beta. So I think you've found the reason. My stats still show I've played BF2042 for over 8 days and all my achievements are still there. But my rank went back to 1 and I only have basic weapons - all my progression has gone. As I'm only interested in playing the new BF6 from 10th October, I don't think I'll bother playing BF2042 anymore and so there's no point trying to get EA to recover my rank,weapons etc if that's actually possible..
