so suppressors are useless now?
Saw the new "tool-tip" for the suppressors in the collection screen.... apparently they only provide minimap-stealth from 40m+ now?! DICE are we playing the same game anymore?´between all the things...

@X-Sunslayer-Xjust a tip if you pair suppressor with sub sonic ammo, your weapon will never cause you to appear on the mini map. I use the BSV-M with subsonic high power and short barrel.
The enemy could be eating lunch at a dinner table with me under it and with this load out would never know Im there. Places like the ship on stranded, the tunnel on exposure, and the cube we play in on C (spearhead) are great fun with this set up.
I see your frustrations and understand why but I also see why dice did it this way for realistic reasons. Realistically a weapon isn't truly silent until you pair it with a good suppressor and subsonic ammunition. This was used in WW2 with suppressed sten guns and suppressed grease guns.
For what do we need suppressors on Sniper rifles now?
