I'd say: either play with friends and communicate with them to align your strategy.
If you have no friends to do that, then maybe just lock your squad or change into a squad who's strategy better aligns with your play style.do tell, how do you lock a squad or reliably change squads?

I was not being serious. Of course, in this disgrace of a NON-BF-game you can't.
Why offer options to improve teamwork if you can also just wait it out and try to find ways to make the game less enjoyable for everyone (e.g. by introducing stealth helis and buffing the AS VAL).
Sigh.
