I'd say: either play with friends and communicate with them to align your strategy.
If you have no friends to do that, then maybe just lock your squad or change into a squad who's strategy better aligns with your play style.

yea. every time i try running soflam (which is fairly often) some window licker spawns on me, starts blasting away (missing) which draws fire and gets us both killed.

I was not being serious. Of course, in this disgrace of a NON-BF-game you can't.
Why offer options to improve teamwork if you can also just wait it out and try to find ways to make the game less enjoyable for everyone (e.g. by introducing stealth helis and buffing the AS VAL).
