What you're describing is almost like a mix between a behemoth and regular transport - I don't think that will fly with the majority for balance reasons.

Wingsuits, grapple hooks, and more vehicles than ever should allow for great mobility in 2042 but you never know, they might surprise us with something crazy to get from point A to B in style.
