The old scoreboard
Please bring back the old scoreboard showing kills, deaths, score, ping etc of all people in the server. The new one is too messy, unclear and doesn't show me useful information or just too little in...

@locked_n_cockedIf you are no fan of the scoreboard, then just don't look at it. And it seems like you care if you want it gone...
Personally I think the majority of players want a scoreboard and Dice will probably end up putting it back in the game in the end.
So is there really no scoreboards ingame? Is DICE for real? It totally boggles my mind, like what's the point of playing for competitive players like me. Been here since Battlefield 3 and was excited for 2042. Well that's no longer the case, I'll be cancelling my EA Play subscription and it saddens me to see that nothing like the Battlefield I knew and loved is probably going to be around again.

Don't really understand why EA is not giving us a full scoreboard...!?

Agree to your first part, though for the second part please do consider that the average age for a FPS console gamer is considerable more mature versus the average age of a FPS PC gamer. So I don't think the platform is a good indicator of who prefers what here in our FPS game.
Maybe we can agree on to characterize it as an 'arcade style' kind of game, without necessary linking it direct to any specific game platform?
Personally I am definitely an old-timer preferring the classic BF game style. Despite I am on a PS5... 😀
And the Portal will be where I will play in this game for that very reason, as super hero specialists are not for me.

This feels like a decision they made with good intentions but without considering the consequences. I'm personally not fussed about keeping track of where I am in the scoreboard but I can definitely see the number of hackusations increasing when people can't see how others are performing and when it comes to things like Portal where the players are in control of who gets kicked and banned, that is a dangerous precedent to be setting.
- @sLicKsnap Agreed. I know some don't care - I cannot foresee myself to play 2042 as much as i played BF titles in the past. There are just too many weird, no sense decisions they've made with this game. From the goofy looking specialists to the omission of a basic core function. Already bought the game so im not going to be lame and yell refund but man, after watching real gameplay via you tube this am, all the excitement I had is...gone.
Exactly, This and the server browser missing are the two major issues other than content and balance. I cannot up vote this enough, I wanna see how my team is doing as a whole and why were winning to easily or losing so badly. Seeing the stats of players gives so much information on the match balance/ team balance.
