@B1g_Ron_ I believe it more reasonable to believe, most of the features are missing, because you don't need them in a Battle Royal / Extraction Royal game. And the voice chat missing in my opinion is a crossplay issue.
In the Battlefield 4 era the policing against all forms of toxicity was done by the thousands of admins, running their own rental servers.
Toxicity was only present on the official servers, because they never had the people power to address these issues.
