@AdamonicThey were so quick to shut these down at first. I guess they stopped giving a *. Just like we should just stop giving a * about this game and move on. Also I don't even go into portal now only because it is either a boost server or hardcore server. As far as I am concerned Portal is dead and it could have been so much more but they killed it from the get-go with when they removed full XP.

Damn, you went from a prominent advocate of 2042 to this.

There are actually quite a few "advocates" of this game whose attitudes have changed over time due to mind-boggling decisions made by the dev team and the sometimes months-long radio-silence from them. That doesn't mean the "hive" wore them down.
@CantGetRight , myself and others can be critical of these design decisions and still be "advocates' for this title/series, personally I want the Battlefield series to shine so my feedback is 100% meant to enhance/improve the gameplay experience for everybody.

Exactly how I feel, I hate watching BF's deterioration and my hope would be that one day we can get the old BF back.
It is currently unrecognisable in so many ways so it is going to take a major overhaul to get the next title back on track.
BF has been the game that I have enjoyed over so many years, the game I had fun with, I want those days back.
