@an3k Colors seem to be different is what I’m noticing. 2042 looks a little less vibrant in your video. When I’m game 2042 looks really good for the most part and is more vibrant than the past games.
The big change in the new game is the particle effects and lighting. It makes it a lot harder to see and track enemies. Like when you shoot a tank round next to an enemy it kicks up a huge dust cloud. I don’t remember it being that drastic in other BF games.
There’s also a lot of lighting effects. The reflection in the water in your video feels a little extreme. I’ve noticed a lot of lens flares in game as well. It’s nothing new to Battlefield, it just feels more extreme in 2042?

I downloaded Battlefield 3 just to create the video, Battlefield 4 was already installed. Video settings were maxed for Battlefield 3 and Battlefield 4 and on High / Ultra for Battlefield 2042. No mods or filters were applied. What you see is the (massively compressed; thanks YouTube) original Battlefield experience of each installment.
