@BlackSize23-ITAThis is another problem with the 'community'!
You say there is 'NOTHING' in terms of destruction, even going so far as to put it in all caps, but it is objectively false. Many walls and containers etc can be destroyed in this game. This in turn opens up new sight lines for example that can change how a flag, if not map plays.
But then you would know that if you had actually played the game.
Is there as much as you would like! Obviously not, but it is definitely more than 'NOTHING'.
I have to say that I am very impressed with the open, honest and frank discussion that we are having here. Some very good thoughts, suggestions and impressions are being shared. My thanks to all of you!
One of the comments that actually struck a cord with me was one that I hadnt really considered myself. The move to the wide open 128 player arena may be something that could have been made available instead of the focus for this release. It could have been something that was offered in its own section or via the Portal. The rest of the game could have, maybe, been scaled to perhaps a maximum of 64. The maps could easily be adjusted through design to be as large as they are now but the boundaries of play could easily be adjusted to shrink the playing area. Those boundaries would then be opened wider for the modes of play that permit the full on 128 player allotment.
One of the other "biggies" is the availability, or lack thereof, for voice communication. It is virtually impossible to achieve "realism" if the ability to coordinate actions on the battlefield without fast and clear communication being available. For me the game is almost a forced lone wolf style and with 128 lone wolves running around the game loses that which it is truly meant to be.
