Recon weapon proficiency is not working!
Constant steady scope does not work. scope still sways as normal. How can this be broken already??? 🤦🏽♂️

This is not what happens.
As far as I can tell, nothing has changed.
Scope still sways.
Still have to hold breath.
Soldier still runs out of breath.
