I've been searching the Redacted map for the locations required to unlock the player background. While the tunnel was easily found, I'm stumped on locating the fallen. The hint suggests it has to do ...

It's in the room with the hospital beds, go stand next to the X-ray slides and look at the wall for a minute and it should pop up.
