@RayD_O1 There are some game modes that I never get to play because of low player counts in Oceania.

Exactly, and this should help alleviate the problem.

Any and all rounds should start with one player, because bots fill in the rest. Games would be far more frequent if they can actively start because then people won't join in then hop off constantly looking for a slot.
