Refund for Battlefield

Hello,

I preordered the game but never played due to the issues and bugs. I never even launched the game.  Tried contacting EA via Chat but that got me nowhere. Refund link says I’m ineligible but the game has never even been downloaded. Can I please get a refund?

    Only EA representatives from their Legal and/or Finance departments can really answer your question @desidaru7 !

    All for what I know, then EA senior management already spent your money on their latest vacation, so think its going to be difficult if not totally impossible for you to get your money back.

    @desidaru7 you will have to read the EULA. What did you actually buy? Where did you buy it from? I believe there is a timeframe you have to adhere to in order to be eligible for a refund. You are probably out of that window.

    Unfortunately, they are just going to say "Don't be sad, that's just how it works out sometimes"

    @Adamonic I bought it from Origin. I’m definitely out of the 14 day window. Steam’s customer service has maybe spoiled me but after this experience I’ll never buy any EA games ever again.

    @CyberDyme I think I’ll just have to mark this as a loss at tgis point. Hope the game improves in couple years lol

    Wise dicision, but in case if you change your mind...do a deep and thorough research first... do NOT! trust them ( they have to earn that back)  Do NOT! preorder, do NOT! believe their nice and shiny so called ingame footage and video's. 

    Better wait after release and read the reviews..better safe then sorry. In the end...you make the call.

    My bad was that i did'nt do the research and i have to sit on the blisters...my mistake.

    did you try the free beta?

    did you look at the hundreds of youtube videos exposing this game for how bad it is?

    Why did you pre order ?

    was it the cool hype video ? did they get you with that?

    Agreed @DrunkwoIf ,

    If the BF2042 game had delivered on the classic gritty and intense BF gameplay we saw in the EXODUS trailer, then many players would these days have been very happy with the BF2042 game and the money they spent on it.  Now instead we have seen 98% of the players gone.

    @CyberDymeThat hype video was no joke. I NEVER pre order after being burned in the past. and it had my finger on the pre order trigger after watching it a few times.

    but then i remembered the last time i pre ordered and how pissed off i was...
