Refund for BF2042 Ultimate Edition

Hello all!Main question: Is there a chance to get a refund?I have been a life-long fan of the BF franchise, I put most of my hours into BF3 which I adore to this day.Last september when pre-orders opened for BF2042 I was hyped too much and pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition, just so I can get my hands on a beta code so I can try it.The day came, I got my code and tried the game. I did not like the style and approach to the game so I uninstalled after approximately an hour.I've gone to get a refund on the pre-order and be done with it. Just that it was a thought, not an actual refund.So almost after a year I was looking in my library and much to my surprise the "Ultimate Edition owned" text appeared above BF2042 in my library.In my head I was like: "Jesus this must be a bug", but no, it wasn't.I forgot to place the refund and the game has not even been installed from my account.Dear EA employees, can I get a refund for this game when it has not been even installed?It is certainly not a little amount of money which has been suspended in my account and I haven't even touched the content.Waiting for your dear answer,Duell

@DuellTV If you have no hours into the main game, you may actually be able to pull it off, but I doubt it. You won't get an answer here in the forums, you will have to contact EA themselves. Good luck.

@DuellTV I'd say that it'd be unlikely as it sounds like you'd be outside the terms of the policy unfortunately.

"You can make a refund request:

Within 24 hours after you first launch the game.
Within 14 days from the day you bought it, if you have not launched the game.
Within 14 days from the release date if you pre-ordered the game, if you haven't launched it yet.
Whichever comes first".

There's probably no harm in trying EA Help again, they could make an exception, but it's probably best not banking on it.
