Dear OP, you are fighting a losing battle if you are trying to get a late refund.
Your bargaining power as a customer is gone the moment you decided to make the payment. At least the way it stands now. There is a good reason that a massive % of the budget of such products is in the marketing for the sake of swaying people into buying (and maybe on forcing outlets like IGN to give good reviews).
Battlefield has a long sad history of releasing broken and unfinished. If you were not fine with that, you should had made your research before buying.
The type of customer this industry fears the most is the customer who will hold to their money unless they are sure that they are given what they are expecting.
If we want EA and their peers to treat us better, we need to learn to be smarter customers.

It is not a late refund when the content I preordered and the content keeps getting delayed and pushed back so I have yet to receive the YEAR 1 PASS CONTENT. The only thing that is late is EA giving me the content that I paid for and is non existent so check your facts before you start into the thread.

R5 3600X here.
bad performance fps drops on 128 players mode.
64 players mode run smooth high fps.
128 players 3600X struggle frame drops, eye drops bad.
Will they improve performance on 128 players map in summer?

With all due respect
That changes nothing. While I agree with you as far as the sentiment side of things is involved, EA were vague enough about the year 1 pass content that they are not obligated to have the content delivered right where you expect them to.
They are legally obligated to deliver the content but not about when they will chose to deliver it within year 1.
All of this stinks to high heaven but there is a reason that EA at some points was nominated as the most disliked company over the internet.

So 11 months from the games launch Im going to get 1 years worth of content to complete in 30 days. I've cancelled EA play pro and everything this company will never get another penny from me. And I bet they dont give battle passes or anything to anyone because this game is finished
