I requested refund ages ago, and it says "Refund requested", but never got processed.
See details shows "You currently do not have any cases with us"
When trying to contact support using live chat, it is just bugged out and never starts the chat.
What should I do about this?

Hi @Noitse We can't help with issues like this on the forums, it's something EA Help would need to take a look at. I know you mentioned chat bugging out but it might be worth opening a support ticket, or using Facebook/Twitter to get in touch.
